Anchor Summer ProgramsSafe, Fun, Christ-Centered Care All Summer Long
At Anchor, learning and growth don’t stop when the school year ends. Our Child Care and Child Watch programs operate throughout the summer, offering full-day care (7:00am - 6:00pm) in a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled environment. Families can count on Anchor for high-quality care and engaging activities that make the most of summer’s longer days and warmer weather.
🌞 Full-Day Programs for Every Family’s NeedsBoth Child Care (2-5 years old) and Child Watch (5-12 years old) transition into full-day summer programs. With extended hours, we provide families with the flexibility they need during the summer months while ensuring children continue to grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
🌳 Outdoor Adventures & Seasonal FunSummer at Anchor means more time outside! Our teachers and caregivers plan activities that take advantage of Alaska’s beautiful summer days, including:
Outdoor play and games
Nature walks and exploration
Water play and splash days
Gardening projects
Sports, fitness, and movement activities
These experiences not only build friendships but also help children stay active and healthy during their break.
